    Thursday, good until we atexat our local restaurant. The special was breaded prawns! I chose French fries to go with them. So I was over what I like. MyFitnessPal will say I am with range, but I don't think so.

    Wasn't all that healthy but still in range. Just need to make sure to drink my water to wash out the excess salt.
