I'm not sure how I did this week, Some days, I'm sure days I was way over, at least some too far under my goal. I'm sure I was under day of surgery. So I'm starting over.

In the hospital, I chose healthy foods. Day of surgery, no breakfast and the rest of the meals that day, I couldn't eat everything. Same the next day, I couldn't eat everything. I spent all day with a fruit cup before I ate it all eaten.1 -
