August 3 - over and I even changed my calorie range back to where it was in July 2021 and work back down to where my goal was before everything went crazy. I would have been doing n range if I wouldn't have had a chocolate bar for snack after having a Whopper cheese for lunch. Have been craving the Whopper for months.0 -
