    Exercise: Yes, Full body warm up 10 min, lift full body 20 min, body weight strength 20 min, full body stretch 10, walk 50 min

    Welcome Elise @swenson19d so great to see you here! (we go back a ways from my history on the monthly running challenge threads back when I was able to actually run a whole lot, and she ran a whole freaking bunch too).

    …Back in the good ol days when we planned half’s…. Seems so long ago and none of my old racing shirts fit anymore lol! I think you and I were mile for mile for the longest time.
