Hey lovely folks, thanks for all you do and please count me as heading to the Winner's Circle this month12

I am definitely NOT in the winners circle this month and Iβve missed posting so many days I missed being a champion too. But, still here, not going anywhere, just working on getting back on it post vacation.
Yesterday was supposed to be my 100 mile bike ride. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. I was on the bike pedaling by 7:00. However, the course was so darn hilly that by mile 50 I knew I could not do 50 more, especially because the hardest climbing was still ahead of me. So at that point I switched to the 75 mile route which cut out the hardest hills. Even though I was really tired, I just kept appreciating what a perfect day it was to be outside and made sure to look around and enjoy the scenery. So even though I didnβt ride 100 miles like Iβd hoped, it was still a successful day.19 -

Winner's Circle ππΌπ
"The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don't define them, learn about them, or even seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them." ~ Denis Waitley11 -

No winners circle this month.
Traveling for work this week (starting tomorrow) with lots of planned team dinners and catered lunches. Will do my best to log everything. These trips usually mean meetings during the day, so actually getting work done happens in my hotel room at night. Makes for long days with little sleep. Will make the best decisions I can. Bringing my resistance bands and a travel yoga mat with me to get some type of exercise in.10 -

Monday 27th September
I haven't felt well since Saturday 25th September although I did walk on both Saturday and Sunday but didn't track or stay under calories.
3 X's today too
Not finishing September how I would have liked to especially getting off to such a great start.
Still feeling very flat and a bit unmotivated but still logging in here every day regardless.
Only a few days left and will hopefully have ticked off a couple of my September goals but certainly not most of them as I'd have hoped.
I'm not sleeping well even though I am going to bed at the very reasonable time of 9.30pm but just very disturbed sleeps through dreams and sleep affects my moods/eating triggers so much. Not sure how to turn dreams off though as I have always been a big dreamer.
