    Welcome Elise @swenson19d so great to see you here! (we go back a ways from my history on the monthly running challenge threads back when I was able to actually run a whole lot, and she ran a whole freaking bunch too).

    …Back in the good ol days when we planned half’s…. Seems so long ago and none of my old racing shirts fit anymore lol! I think you and I were mile for mile for the longest time.

    Thanks so much @ashleycarole86 – protein is my continuous challenge. I had a chicken breast on a huge salad today and that really helped - and it was so delicious! I cooked the chicken breasts from frozen in the air fryer. Why have I been defrosting them first!?! I rarely eat meat, but I cook it often as my husband really enjoys it. I just don’t often want to eat it.

    Will be having this again tomorrow so I’ll be reporting higher protein achievement again!
