@Jana_2020 so true, can't believe now how long I sat in a stuck position with no clear way out
So nice when you've found your path to getting unstuck! Now for me it's just a matter of finding ways to keep that momentum going no matter what5 -

@ashleycarole86 For so long I felt the same way.... and I found that my "motivation" would SO OFTEN eventually begin to fade. Others in this group helped me to realize that I can't count on my "motivation" so I have to learn to build HABITS that will carry me through the times when I seem to have little to no motivation. Building better habits has helped me tremendously.7 -

@jamcnewman You asked where I took that picture. It’s at the top of Grassy Ridge Bald to Carvers Gap on the AT. It’s right on the NC/TN border. Was a spectacular hike!
I just finished reading yesterday’s posts so I figured you wouldn’t see my response if I posted to Sept 12 this late!8 -
Still feeling under the weather but I still go out for walks (school run). No appetite today so stuck within my budget.

Exercise – yes, short bike ride but was so glad to get out there. Also cardio routines
Tracked – yes
Calories – yes
So often what keeps you stuck is yourself – reluctant to address the issues, maybe just wanting to “hope it will all go away”. It can be really difficult to face up to problems.

2️⃣ Pass Days left4 -
✅✅✅
Totally toast on pass days.
On plan today and feeling better than I have been not on plan the past week or so. CAT scans on lungs came back ok today - two spots they want to check back in on in a year, but they said mostl likely nothing and I shouldn’t fret. Arm still hurts from the blood clots. Hoping that clears up soon.
I have been feeling very stuck for the past few months, and I think it’s time to change my routine up. I always joke I only lose pounds when I run, and you know what I totally dialed back on the past several months? Running. I run maybe twice a week now, and do strength stuff four times a week. I want to dial strength back to twice a week for a few months, up running to four times a week, and build a rest day back into my week for my poor body. Late September through early December is my favorite time of the year for running so I might as well embrace it before my trails get covered in snow. I can then revert back to more strength at the gym when the weather is crappy in the winter and I’ve gotten some of this excess belly gone. Now I’m just kind of making it fluffier building muscle under the fluff. Lol.12 -

Did you go "nuts" with nuts today? No (13 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!
Pass day 0/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).
There is a saying in my native language that goes like this... "Getting stuck happens to everyone. But, if you stay in your stuck place for too long, you will smell and flies will visit you. Therefore, you need to move!"
Conclusion, there must something else to get you unstuck and moving. Motivation will not cut it. I have discovered good habits and consistency helps.6 -

Exercise: first day in a long time that I spent 2 hours working with 2 different horses in a 60’ diameter round pen. It can be exhausting and joyful to be dancing with horses in the sand of a round pen. In addition, 27 minutes of active stretching at the break of day
