Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Kitchen Closed? Yes
Did you go "nuts" with nuts today? No (13 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!

Pass day 0/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).

There is a saying in my native language that goes like this... "Getting stuck happens to everyone. But, if you stay in your stuck place for too long, you will smell and flies will visit you. Therefore, you need to move!"

Conclusion, there must something else to get you unstuck and moving. Motivation will not cut it. I have discovered good habits and consistency helps.

Way a awesome saying. Thanks 4 sharing. Xo

Exercise: first day in a long time that I spent 2 hours working with 2 different horses in a 60’ diameter round pen. It can be exhausting and joyful to be dancing with horses in the sand of a round pen. In addition, 27 minutes of active stretching at the break of day
    Calories: under my limit
    Tracking: good

Doesn't sound like much of a slow and steady retirement life u r living there Rick. He he. I'm sure u r loving it tho and wldnt want it any other way! Sounds like ur going a ball.

    Pass Day #2

Felt worse today than yesterday - hopefully my body is building immunity to COViD 🤞🏻 headache, fatigued, etc.

But I did get put &walk 2 hours + first thing & am still accruing steps > 14K

    Calories - wayyy over
Exercise ❣️ Close to making up for yesterday
    Tracked all❣️

    1️⃣ Pass Day remaining

    I forgot my #HealthFirst today

    Protein was WAYYY too high
    Ditto Sodium

This is what will wake me up.

Times like these - though few & far between - are what make me so grateful when my overeating is in “remission.”

I’m not beating myself up, but I am taking a serious notice of those numbers & really thinking about how bad that was for my one kidney.

    Plan from this point on…
Track & LOOK at protein & sodium & calories BEFORE eating.
    #HealthFirst
I know I can do this.

I am so sorry you are feeling poorly. You are catching the protein and sodium issue quickly. You can and will do this. Sending you positive thoughts for feeling better soon. 💛

    Extra goals for September:

iPhone ban from the bed success? Keeping at this.
