    F - Fenugreek

Potential fenugreek benefits include lowering blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, raising testosterone levels and improving lung function in people with asthma.12 The fiber-rich seeds may also boost breast milk production, and ease menstrual cramps.

Fenugreek benefits come from its edible seeds and the nutrients and substances they contain. The seeds can be added to foods, brewed for tea, ground into flour, and used in supplements. Some studies have produced promising results regarding the benefits of fenugreek, but more research is needed to prove its effectiveness.
