O - Orach has a mild chard-like flavor but tastes saltier than most greens as the minerals from the soil are stored in the plant's leaves. Orach leaves are used cold or cooked, and can be used like spinach or chard, or stuffed like cabbage leaves.

    U- Ugli fruit

    It’s a cross between a grapefruit and a mandarin

The fruit comes from Jamaica! But it’s grown in the USA

It has wrinkly skin and is about the size of a grapefruit but it tastes sweeter! It’s a yellow-green colour. The skin is rough and puffy and sometimes blotchy!

V - Vaccarese Grape. Brun Argenté or Vaccarèse is a red wine grape that is grown primarily in the Rhone Valley in France. It is a permitted grape in the blend of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the name Vaccarèse is used. However, in 2004 only 0.15% of the appellation's surface was planted with the variety.
