And today we got a nice surprise: after it storming all night with heavy rain and wind right thru this morning, this afternoon the sunshine came out, so lovely and so welcomed; the forecast says the storms of rain and wind are coming back tonight, hope it doesn’t but for now I am enjoying the sunny skies! ☀️👍😊1 -

It was hot and sunny today but less humid. I was in air conditioning most of the time.1 -
Today we have a Weather Alert in our area for “Heavy Rainfall Warning with High Gusty Winds” This Alert covers both Saturday and Sunday.
My Daughter and family came last night and took my 7 foot Patio Umbrella down and took my AC out of living room window and secured and packed both away, The temps today are ranging from a low of 46 degrees and high of 51 degrees.1 -
It has been overcast all day with a high of 51F (10.5) and a low of 32F (0). I need to start cleaning up the garden and getting rid of our ourdoor plants. They have done a good job of taking care of us during the Summer.1

Tonight the forecast says for us to prepare as heavy rain and high winds are back and are with us to Friday night. early this morning it was 1 degree Celsius, yes it is chilly 🥶 and the high temp now is 11 degrees Celsius we had mostly cloud but another surprise for us as in early afternoon we got some sunshine for an hour or so!0

It was a wonderful day to travel. When we got to Denver it was 73 degrees. I was cold in Grand Juntion so I brought long sleeved blouses to wear. I may have to cut the sleeves off them. (Ha ha I would not do that!)1

It has turned cooler due to icy winds from Antarctica so it means we have sunny, beautiful days 😊 I think it will get to 24C today then down to 13C tonight. Perfect for sleeping!1

It was almost a copy of yesterday's weather today. Yes, there seem to be weather extremes everywhere! It will just be two degrees warmer tonight and we may get some rain overnight too.1
