    Today we have heavy winds and rain! Risk of flooding, we lost power briefly but it came back on. Some Ferry trips were cancelled due to high winds and rough sea and not safe for sailing ⛵️

    I hope it doesn't flood, Judith. Glad you have a nice, dry apartment now.

    It's a little cooler today. We're getting rain over night. Yesterday we had the air conditioner on in the afternoon. I don't think n it will be needed today.

    High of 65F (18.3C) and low of 45F (7.2C) with the humidity at 76% from the rain we had. My hip does not like this weather but I do not let it stop me.

    All through Sunday.

    Additional rainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm by Sunday afternoon with 40 to 60 mm possible over the north shore mountains.

    Localized flooding - Swollen rivers and creeks - Water pooling on roads - Increased risk of hydroplaning - Reduced visibilities while driving - Minor coastal flooding

    A strong fall storm system has brought heavy rain to the region since Friday. Rainfall, heavy at times, will continue through Sunday afternoon.

    Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.

    Today here in BC in my immediate area we have Cloudy ☁️ conditions with a high of 55 degrees! The heavy rains and wind 💨 have ceased at least for now, yay 😃

    Forecast said 90% rain but in my area we had mostly cloudy ☁️ skies but had heavy rain for about 35 minutes middle of afternoon! We had a high of 53 degrees and a low of 44 degrees today!
