I did not make comments because they may become books because of my "why" I decided to go on this health journey and also because I did lots of research, read a lot, ask myself lots of questions, observed friends/people that were on "diets", watch them lose and gain, watch them go off medications, then back on medication, etc. I started this journey with WW because I wanted to learn. I am still learning about food, habits, exercises, constraints, etc. It is an interesting journey. I wish I started earlier.

Today was the most ridiculous day. It was stressful but I am thankful I had the energy to deal with it. I’m not feeling as tired as I usually feel so something is working 🙃
