Making a come back from getting covid August 25th and being hospitalized from September 2nd til the 16th. Finally off of oxygen. So I can get back to walking but it is a painfully slow walk at the moment, but moving is moving.

Oh my goodness I’m glad you’re in the process of recovery. Take it slow and easy.

Joining a few days late but I'm so glad I found this group! I've been tracking since January but my progress has stalled. I'm hoping this challenge will help things shift a bit. Thanks for having me!

This weekend I'm going to be away for the weekend, so 1-3 will all be a pass day. So from day one I'm out of the circle.. I will be logging and tracking.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 👍🏻
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? 👍🏻
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? 👍🏻

Since I’m too on the west coast, I’ll check in tonight.

    Yes, yes and yes

I am late to post but it working out to my advantage because I can read everyone's posts and their goals. Some of these inspire me to do the same.

    For me in October...
Read every post when possible (I learn so much!)
Drop a few more pounds if the body allows it
    Meditation practice (increase my consistency)
Continue to work on push-ups and overall strength exercises

@tahm42 So glad to hear you are recovering! Take good care of yourself!
