Ugg, got my bloodwork results back today. Cholesterol is high, just like I knew it would be (231). Though at least it is not up where my doc would be talking about starting meds. I am not really sure whether loosing weight or changing my diet is key to improving it. The one time it was good, I had just lost 30 lbs, and was eating a totally vegan, low fat, completely whole foods diet that probably isn't sustainable for me. But I guess I know all of these factors can be a lot better than they are now. I just need to stick with my program and see what happens in the next 3 months.2

I forgot my fitbit most of Sunday and i jogged and walked a good bit. I think 3.4 miles on the treadmill.
My weight is up but I’ve been eating a lot of carbs. It should drastically reduce by next weekend once I stop eating them and get rid of the bloat. At least I hope.2 -

Had a good lunch out to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. Soup and salad at Panera Bread. Good food and I had lemonade instead of soda to drink.2

Great day today. I ran a community 5K that was in conjunction with a big High School invitational XC meet (held on a college campus). Then volunteered at the meet. The community run was FAST -- my 10 minute pace was clear at the back in the old fogies group. I think most of the runners were high school or college athletes. It was fun seeing all the healthy kids, and just being out in a crowd again. Amazing how the technology has changed. When I was in high school we were just switching from analog to digital stopwatches. No electronic timing anywhere. Today it was all electronic with the RFID tag on a sticker on the back of your number. But overall, it looked pretty much the same and brought back a lot of memories!! I might be sore tomorrow.

I'm sad I didn't lose a pound, but glad I didn't gain a pound either! I was on my period this week so I for sure felt fatter, I did pretty good with my calories with maybe only one day of having a couple extra calories so maybe next week I'll come back with a better loss! I have my Psych. Appt. Tomorrow and then my family Dr. The next day...I just HATE getting on their scales cause they always say something different from one another and mine! I mean also I'll have full clothes on, shoes, phone in my pocket, so I try to ignore their scales, but it's just annoying when I see my progress at home, then go out and it feels like I didn't actually move! Ugh!1 -
@CassieGetsFit2013 I always take off any clothes - sweater, jacket, shoes, etc and put everything down somewhere so the weight at the doctor's office is not as high. The one time I didn't I had a sweater on that by itself added a pound! The nurse is not always happy waiting for me to get ready but . . .0
