    I'm still going in the right direction! The thing I'm worried about is because I haven't had an appetite really for the past 2 months or so, I'm not worried about that, because I'm losing weight, but I'm worried about going from lack of appetite to an increased appetite or something like that! I just want to keep going strong or semi strong and get this weight off once and for all! So far I think MFP says I've lost 12lbs since getting back on track, but more so lack of appetite, but also a little increased activity since I have a new amazing clinician. 🙃

    Sorry I totally spaced last week! We were on a little fall break vacation. I’m back and although my weight was surprisingly ok (lots of naughty eating but also lots of walking), I really need to get back to my meal diary and consistent workouts. Life is so busy but I just have to make time or nothing will change. Still trying to get to my next mini goal which is 154.

    I feel like there is always one week per month where the scale goes up. I hate it every time for ruining my “in the green” streak. Oh well, at least I know I have stayed on plan with eating and exercise so it is just one of those scale oddities.
