    @donna25trinity ... Thank You so much for responding to my post.... & your encouraging words... I too am not looking to feeling Happy with my body at this point... I just want to reach a healthy relationship with my body & to feel Comfy & Cozy in my body

    I haven’t noticed any physical changes. Just notice shifts in my character….determination to not let things derail me when things get detailed Lol

    Exercised ?: YES Couch 2 5k Week 8 Day 1 did 3 miles. 45 min interval training  that was low impact, sweaty after 25 mins. Kettlebell abs Weights.
