    My goal is to lose the weight i put on since the beginning of the year. Before the holidays last year, i lost a total of 38 lbs. , but since then i've put on more than half that amount. I need to step it up with doing Insanity again, and to finish out my TKD training since i'm not renewing my contract this coming November. I want to try kickboxing or Muay Thai down the road.....


    If anyone would like to add me, feel free. I'm on here everyday, and am very supportive.
