    Thanks @mypinkbikini for posting the video! The fitness leader is so cute, singing along.

    Merry Christmas everyone, hope you enjoyed every moment and every bite - I sure did 😋
    And Santa did bring me a rebounder (mini trampoline) which I plan to at least set up later, so I could use it 😉

    Here is my updated progress report:

    Dec 1 - pass (shakes head)
    Dec 2 - walked Dollar store before picking up son, 15 minutes
    Dec 3 - began outside Xmas set up, 1 hour
    Dec 4 - completed outside set up with grandkids, 2 hours
    Dec 5 - watered plants in & out and began inside cleaning & decorating in earnest, 2 hours
    Dec 6 - 1 mile WAH on YouTube + cooldown,  Fitbit recorded 20 minutes!
    Dec 7 - made extra effort to walk each hour today, minimum 250 steps - missed only 1 hour out of 12! Got 15 active minutes in between 1 & 2.
    Dec 8 - lots of non-exercise walking today, shopping etc, counting as a win!
    Dec 9 - sadly, another pass...
    Dec 10 - worked on my 250 steps every hour, didn't make it but logged over 4000 steps, which is good for me 🙂 and included grocery & pharmacy walks!
    Dec 11 - pretty much finished inside decorating (except for tree next weekend), lots of bending, stretching, reaching, standing and walking!
    Dec 12 - fairly active day (for me) and I made a point of walking around my daughter's office building for 15 minutes, logged over 6000 steps on the day!
    Dec 13 - completed Walk 15 Leslie/Concert on YouTube - 18 minutes
    Dec 14 - indoor walk around a casino,  it's the bargain I made with myself - rather an expensive walk 🤣 but whatever it takes! 20 minutes.
    Dec 15 - babysat grandkids all afternoon +  did a lot of cooking/kitchen prep (1 hour+) and got over my 4000 step goal.
    Dec 16 - babysat grandkids again, managed to get over 4000 steps, counting this day as a win!
    Dec 17 - again looked after my grandkids (they are in quarantine due to mum catching COVID-19,  so taking them as much as possible  - I live upstairs) and got over 5000 steps today!
    Dec 18 - babysat grandkids for a couple of hours, but mostly played games & did puzzles. Pass, only 2500 steps 🙁
    Dec 19 - decorated the Xmas 🎄 today, with help from my son, daughter, grandson & granddaughter! And had them all for dinner once daughter-in-law got home - she was allowed back to work today. Lots of walking around the house,  over 5000 steps, yay!
    Dec 20 - completed Walk 15 Leslie/Concert on YouTube - 18 minutes
    Dec 21 - babysitting & errands, over 5000 steps
    Dec 22 - last minute shopping! Over 4000 steps
    Dec 23 - changed calorie goal up to maintenance level + not very active today 😕 - pass
    Dec 24 - my daughter & I took my grandkids (son's children) to an afternoon Pantomime, so glad the performance was allowed to proceed,  then looked at some light displays before bringing them home. Over 6000 steps!
    Christmas Day - again over 6000 steps doing food prep & hostessing & cleanup
    Dec 26 - over 6000 steps, went furniture shopping with daughter,  in & out of several stores

    @deeder522, you said it warmed up for you on Christmas? Same here. And sadly, we've been having weather in the 70s for several days plus rain today. Unseasonably warm and I hate it. It is good for getting outside, but I'd rather be snowed in!

    Hello - last progress report for 2021! You are all doing so well - every little bit really does count. Happy new year to you 🥰

    Only 5 "pass" days for me in December,  daily activity far above my previous normal, very much a "win" month!

    Dec 1 - pass (shakes head)

    Dec 28 - used rebounder, also out shopping, over 5000 steps & 13 minutes activity per Fitbit
    Dec 29 - back out furniture shopping with daughter,  over 5000 steps
    Dec 30 - used rebounder again, 15 minutes activity & over 4000 step goal.
    Dec 31 - used rebounder 20 minutes! Not sure of step count yet but already a win!

    I read through everyone's posts tonight. Well done y'all! A fine finish to this year. Thank you for all of your wonderful posts this month and keeping this thread active and lively. I plan to see you all in January.....

    Instead of doing my previous exercises I decided to continue to remain active with cleaning, decluttering and so on during December after my end of November company had left so that I could continue to make head way for a while. Then Christmas activities and some other things on the health front for family members occupied my time and attention. And because of yet other things that were also going on that were taking my energy and focus I found myself enjoying more Christmas goodies 😋 and fun times with family also. I also was not on the computer hardly during December so now I have to get back into remembering to log in again. So, all that to say that I look forward to rethinking exercise next month while keeping up the decluttering/ rearranging and possibly add in some needed house projects. And I may even start on some creative projects and redo the little room to make it more useful toward that end. See you all in January 🏃‍♀️🤪🤸‍♀️😁.
