I'm plugging along. Last week I rolled my ankle doing something stupid. Just when I was getting over that I got the plague that is going around here. I hope everyone stays healthy and away from this year's flu strains.

Cold, wind and rain here in northern California this week. It kept me inside for a few days. We do need the rain, but I can do without the cold and the wind.

Hope you are feeling better soon. I heard they did not get the correct strain for this year’s flu shot. I guess another wasted vaccine. Hang in there.

2.5 miles. First walk outside in about two months. Heel was good, little sore at the end. But that's the most I've moved since this thing started.

Norm is gone. He was 2.5#, 20cm x 25cm. I have a very long incision from my sternum to my belly button. It looks like a zipper right now. It is going to be a long recovery. I am vjust glad Norm was a benign lipoma. So I am not a cancer patient. But my healing is going to take a lot of time. Thank you for all the well wishes and encouraging words.
I am so glad your tumor was benign and Norm is gone. That is a mighty big incision. Mine was the opposite direction and went around my belly button. And definitely will take some time to get that muscle strength back. Rest and recover.

20cm x 25cm and 2.5 pounds??? You must be overjoyed to be rid of that! Get well soon.

@kar328 - glad the heel is better and you're walking again.

    Happy news today!
