The time is moving scary fast right now, I think. But I am trying not to focus on that I am over my pass days for the month. Just trying to do the best I can every day.

It was close today. We had our weekly neighborhood "Drinks on the Driveway" and one of the neighbors brought a beautiful cheese board with crackers and bread. After consuming some cheese and crackers with my wine, I decided that this will probably end up being a pass day. Was going to go for more, but then decided that even if it was a pass day, I shouldn't go hog wild. Came back inside and decided to log it. Even estimating that I ate about 4 ounces of cheese, I was within calories if (and only if) I didn't have my usual nightly square of chocolate. Like I said, it was a close call, but decided to have some tea instead.
I would say this is a huge win! Good for you!

But, every day, I get up from bed and put my socks and workout sneakers on before heading down the hall (yes, in my pajamas). It is helping force the situation and is a physical reminder of what I am supposed to be doing.

Thinking of everyone and what a hard time this January is serving up for so many. Sending encouragement and positive wishes for better days ahead. 💛
Not only are you inspiring, you’re sweet as can be. Thanks for being so amazing.

My daughter came home. Not completely sure that was best but rather her home than in hospital right now. She's a great little actress when she wants to be and convinced them she was okay. We'll see. If it gets bad again, I'll just contact her therapist now that I have her number and make the necessary arrangements for a voluntary admission. Sigh.
Hugs to you. I can hear your pain. She’s lucky to have a momma that is so aware and awesome.
