    A nice way to start off the day sometimes we defeat ourselves before we even begin…that’s how I feel right now I have lowered my calorie intake but the lack of exercise is not being kind. I tried some spin last night but need to wait awhile longer

    @tahm42 I feel your emotional pain our son was only about 9 when he was bit by the neighbor’s large dog. Today he is 26 and still bares physical scars, the need to buy a size larger dress shirt because of the size difference in arms, the feeling bad about the dog etc. What happened to the dog? We never knew as they sold their house rather quickly. Point: as hard as it is and I am a dog owner don’t wait for another bite.
