My 1,500th day streak on MFP.
11,200 steps - felt the best I’ve felt while walking in a while!!!!
Macros/micros all great
The to be improved:
Calories a bit high (by 100 cals)
And I didn’t weigh a couple of items…. No good reason. I used to weigh EVERYTHING to the gram. I intend to get back to that level TOMORROW because I want accurate data! It’s time to return to what I did before.

Jan 12
Exercise: 20 minutes stretching, 40 minutes walk on an icy path
Tracking: Planned the day, did not follow the plan, did not update the tracker
Calories: Over
So, Pass Day 2. Pass Day 1 was Jan 1.
I have said I don't tend to have a problem with stress eating. But I was definitely stress eating. I am getting my covid booster today, and because of my autoimmune stuff that brings it with the possibility of feeling sick for a long time. I have a ton of work stuff that really needs to get done, and who knows if I'll be able to do it - trying to do it all before the shot but that is totally impossible. Especially since, due to covid, my childcare is far from reliable.
Maybe the booster this time will be no big deal.8 -

hey guys guess what?!! We did not have an opener today and the world did not end.... LOL... As far as the booster. I got the Moderna half dose one because I did not like my reaction to my 2nd pfizer one bit. I had an extra lump on my shoulder/arm for a few days which was a little painful but no where near the 48 hrs of wierd stuff from the 2nd shot. It's pretty random. I also CHOSE to continue to get out and DO and RUN because I was on a streak at the time and I think the mental attitude also helped.5

@MadisonMolly2017 - wow, congratulations on your MFP streak! That's over 4 years,. continuously checking in on MFP! Now that's what I call a good habit.
Thank goodness for this group. Yesterday I was about to eat/binge something. I wasn't hungry and I had already reported my three yeses for the day in our thread. I really didn't want to come back and amend it to a pass day, so that stopped me from eating. That's not to say that I didn't eat all the way up to my calorie limit for the day including exercise, but it could have been much worse. So thank you all for the motivation.
Thinking about it this morning, I'm pretty sure I get in these situations when I don't drink enough water. It always corresponds to when I travel either in a car or by plane since I don't always have the convenience of a bathroom nearby.6 -

Pass day #2
We were out for the day – to the theatre – and ate out at our favourite Chinese buffet restaurant in the evening. Impossible to track as I had so many different items. It was delicious as always and I enjoyed the whole day.
I must emphasize that, although I decided not to track my dinner it didn’t mean that I just ate all sorts of rubbish. I had small portions of duck, chicken, beef and lamb and one small pork rib. I chose meat and veg that didn’t look greasy/fatty, wasn’t deep fried (in batter or crumbed), and was sensible with dessert – I had several pieces of fresh melon and pineapple with a small slice of cake while my b/f had several (small) cakes – twice over! Lunch was also just a plain chicken sandwich and I only drank water and black coffee all day. So although I may have been over my usual calories I won’t have derailed the whole week.
Oh, and I did get exercise – a couple hours of walking round the city, over 15,000 steps for the day.
