@hannahwinner20 - I definitely dropped the ball yesterday when I only mentioned shoes and not the importance of visiting a running store ( if possible ), and getting a proper fit. I'm glad so many gave you spot on info that I completely forgot about!!11

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Well, yes and no. Because I’m having trouble getting outside and being active, I changed my activity level which decreased my calories. However, today I was pretty active so if I’d left my activity level alone I would have been ok.

And I didn’t weigh a couple of items…. No good reason. I used to weigh EVERYTHING to the gram. I intend to get back to that level TOMORROW because I want accurate data! It’s time to return to what I did before.

I've been using the programs built into the treadmill the last week or so and todays Speed Interval was too slow because my watch only recorded 11 mins. I was already planning to add the dumbbells anyway but they saved me today. The problem is the workouts add 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down but they can be super slow and I might as not be moving as far as the watch is concerned.6 -
