Balancing my Hormones

I pretty much gave up on any real weight loss this year. I had injured my back, gained 15lbs and was just generally depressed. I recently completed the book Women, Food and Hormones by Sara Gottfried MD. With that I decided I would make a hard go of doing her protocol for 4 weeks. I bought the Keto-Mojo blood monitor, painstakingly tracked my macros. Well first week I lost 9lbs. Then of course Christmas Day hit and I fell way off the wagon. Anyway, today is a new day, down to my pre-Christmas weight, and rearing to go.
