    My January goal is to get at least 15 minutes of physical activity each day before retreating to my sewing/craft studio. My thought is if I can maintain this for 1 month, it will become a healthy habit that I can sustain. Here we go...

    1/1/22 Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk with fitness band strength training (30 minutes)
    1/2/22 YouTube channel "Improved Health" 30 minute aerobic workout to the 60s (*fun and inspiring workout)
    1/3/22 Reps to the Rhythm Walk & Tone #3 (20 minutes)
    1/4/22 Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk (30 minutes) Bonus! Shoveled snow for 1 hour!
    1/5/22 Jessica Smith Cardio Slide and Glide (31 minutes) Good change-up!
    1/6/22 Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk (32 minutes)
    1/7/22 Pahla B Cardio for Weightloss #3 (21 minutes) Great with bonus balance work as well
    1/8/22 Improved Health Interval Workout #2 (32 minutes)
    1/9/22 Fitness with Cindy Low Impact Aerobic Workout to Boost your Mood (23 minutes)
    1/10/22 Set up and organize trailer; pack supplies from shop to trailer. No "official" workout 😣 but I worked 🙂!

    1/12/22 Reps to the Rhythm 80s & 90s 2400 step workout (20 minutes) great Backstreet Boys rebooted 😁
    1/13/22 Brisk walk outside (30 minutes) note to self: Put FitBit on before you head out! Bonus points for putting Wendy the goat back in the pen...p.s. Don't walk past the goat pen unless you want a walking partner! 🤣

    1/15/22 Brisk walk outside (30+ minutes) When you walk outside, you have the bonus walk back after the timer goes off 😉

    1/17/22 Worked up at the main house taking down garlands, lights, etc. Did not do a specific workout today as my hip/back flared up (and my Sweetie suggested I give it a rest) Tomorrow is another day...
    1/18/22 Improved Health 2 mile Dance workout (41 minutes) Hip/back improving-great music on this one.

    Went away last week and walked 10-20k steps every day! My heel still hurts a little so I'm doing short bursts again for the month ahead with a goal of 10k daily by end of month. Really looking forward to being able to do my long walks outside again when the weather is warmer in a few months.

    And hoping to cut another 5-10 lbs off this year and keep it off for good!

    For January I am aiming for at least 15 active minutes per day or minimum 4000 steps minimum on 5 out of 7 days each week + get 250 steps minimum in 6 of 12 hours (per Fitbit).

    Jan 1 - 7000+ steps entertaining at home; Fitbit recorded 110 active minutes! 11/12 hours - great start to 2022 🙂
    Jan 2 - pass! Day of recovery lol.
    Jan 3 - Improved Health 60's workout for 20 minutes (just did aerobic section); 8/12 hours
    Jan 4 - 3000 steps; 6/12 hours
    Jan 5 - 3000 steps; 6/12 hours
    Jan 6 - Undecorating in earnest,  over 4000 steps; 6/12 hours
    Jan 7 - 16 active minutes! Used rebounder at 11:26pm! 5000 steps; only 4/12 hours
    Jan 8 - 13 active minutes; 5000 steps; 7/12 hours
    Jan 9 - drum 🥁 roll please! 6200 steps; 12 out of 12 hours with minimum 250 steps! First time ever!😃 🥳

    Feeling good about January activity overall - lots of room for improvement but didn't fall off the wagon and only a couple pass days! Congrats everyone for making it to the end of the month!
