Happy Saturday team. I’m here with my weigh-in. I’m very sorry but it was not my best week with food. I got a little out of control with the snacking this week. I will do better next week. Sadly for now it looks like I’m coming in with quite a gain.

Echoing similar thoughts on food recently. Weighed this morning to check how I was doing, the scale hasn't moved in like 3 weeks, if anything a 0.2-0.4 gain so far...like I don't understand, the scale defo needs a kick!! Weird how it's stalled early. When I was on prep last time I dropped weight each week pretty much without fail.
For these moments, just makes you question like why have I even bothered 😂. I guess it kinda makes me nervous if having stalled a bit so soon and I think it's also the fact probably going to get meals out soon with friends so I know when I have those it's likely gonna stall things more. I know there's a bigger picture in it all and it'll eventually come back off but yeah, I hear you everyone!4 -
Running short on time this morning. To those who lost congratulations. If you gained, we are starting a new month so we can wipe the slate clean. Let’s go February!3

I’m thankful for the loss. But I need to rethink some things and set some priorities. I’ll think about it and post in February.

Awesome loss! That is so good you tamed the binge eating. I did therapy for my binge eating disorder 3 years ago. I understand eating to the point you feel sick. Even with my therapy it still rears it’s ugly head. Usually this happens when I am stressed. My focus this month is to chop the head off. You are so insightful with your eating. I like the way to talk to yourself. I like the idea of having a party in my head. I also wrote down your thought from the other day so I can use it.
Linda, thank you for your kind words! I've worked (and continue working) really hard on it. I too realized that stress was a huge factor in my binging. I started reading about cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) and working in some of those techniques and for stress, I started listening to this podcast called 10% Happier - it is fantastic! If you ever do podcasts, I couldn't recommend it more.2 -
