BIG CONGRATULATIONS to all of the Champions from January! A Champion is someone who sticks around and continues to post in the UAC even though they've surpassed their 3 Pass Days. Some of us call it "training" for next month's UAC Winner's Circle!

Well I think it was very kind to call me a champion in January because I don't think I completely earned that BUT February is a different story. I am earning February.

Thank goodness for fasting. My Haitian family's fried goat, heavy legumes, crab in sauce, rice, rice, and rice has me loving life but not fitting into this bikini that I'm wearing come Sunday for my trip But with fasting, I'm maintaining quite well despite the above delicacies9

Almost had a eating attack last night. Lol!! But thankfully managed to stop myself before i went over maintaince calories! In Feb I hve committed to jumping in the ocean every morning after my work out. It was bloody freezing this morning but I still did it. So invigorating!!!! Xo
