Adding 23.26 miles.
Physiotherapy on my ankle is proceeding slowly so it may be a little while before I can run again. I’ve also had a steroid injection in my R hip for trochanteric bursitis - with judgement reserved on the left hip (will it improve with the stress taken off from the right hip?). All traces back to the 2 L ankle fractures in 7 months. There’s also a trace of gluteal bursitis which they hope will improve on its own as the R hip improves.
ETA @Dave - it looks like an awesome trip in every regard. I must admit I wouldn’t turn down an opportunity to stay in that hotel - the boat looked pretty cool too!1 -

@Dave March is apparently a good month for surgery. My trigger finger is scheduled for March 3rd. Starting to practice doing things with my left hand. Scooping the kitty litter isn't so bad.
