73 yrs old and have never hit my goal I always get close then blow it! Somewhere I read the percentage should be 70% fat, 10% carbs, 20% proteins. Does this sound accurate? what do most of you use for your keto goals. Thank you in advance for your suggestions ? B

Hi there! That sounds about right if just starting out. I have mine set at 65f, 20p & 15c. But I'm close to goal so I'm starting to incorporate carbs back into my diet, but slowly.

If you are not a member yet, I suggest you join the Low Carber Daily Forum. I think you can read threads in there without being a member. There are a whole slew of helpful posts at the top of that forum. I'd suggest the Start Here - The LCD Launch Pad post. Good luck and don't be afraid to post a question!

Here's that link she was talking about: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10103966/start-here-the-lcd-launch-pad#latest

You should be able to get it. Due to MFP messing up, I mod that one too and ended up opening so people could join the group, as it wouldn't let Private groups add members for awhile.

I recommend specifically checking out The FAQ/Info page:
    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10348406/faqs-and-general-lc-info?new=1
That first link should answer my thoughts on the question

Reddit Keto also has an FAQ that I think is linked in this group's header that give a bit more detailed information if you like that sort of thing.
