    1/3 pass days to much really good food back on track tomorrow but I did exercise

    Exercise ✅ Morning exercise completed again today @snowshoe072 🌷 Still not even close to a habit and still a battle with myself each day, but hey 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve got to start somewhere 😂😉

    Calories ❎ Over, and though I could have simply ramped up the exercise, decided that a pass day would be good. 😊

    Lovely meal and, as tracked and planned, over on my calorie allotment. Settling myself into being okay with this. 💛 I know that I have been so tight to plan and will be again tomorrow.

    I came across an event called Parkrun last night and I decided to register myself. The event runs every Saturday morning and people of all ages, shapes and sizes, get together to jog, run or walk 5K. At the end, people get their results (PB) which are then logged on to the Parkrun website. I’m quite an anxious person and this is something that is out of my comfort zone but I’m going to give it a go!

    @kodakslim this really intrigued me, I've never heard of it, so I had to look it up online. I'm very excited for you and to see how you do with it!! You'll have to be sure to let us know what you think of it!

    I was excited that I had enough time to get my workout in before my guests showed up. However, I kept nibbling on things here and there all afternoon that I stopped tracking.

    @Maggie_MJ I never thought I’d be someone who weighed their portions but it was a real eye-opener and I realised I had been consuming far more calories than I thought!
