Pass day. Lots of walking and I did some stretching too. Calories not tracked and definitely over, made some better choices and some worse ones. Enjoying my vacation with my family.5

@jamcnewman thanks for your reply re Parkrun. You’ve definitely reassured me by reminding me that they want others to join. I think I’ll take a walk around the course/track beforehand, just to familiarise myself with it and hopefully I’ll feel more at ease, come Saturday. Thanks for the support 😊

Tracked: Yes (I even weighed out my portions today. This was something I done a few years back when I lost a substantial amount of weight, so I’m giving it another go) ✅
Exercise: 28 min brisk walk ✅
I came across an event called Parkrun last night and I decided to register myself. The event runs every Saturday morning and people of all ages, shapes and sizes, get together to jog, run or walk 5K. At the end, people get their results (PB) which are then logged on to the Parkrun website. I’m quite an anxious person and this is something that is out of my comfort zone but I’m going to give it a go!
@kodakslim this really intrigued me, I've never heard of it, so I had to look it up online. I'm very excited for you and to see how you do with it!! You'll have to be sure to let us know what you think of it!3 -

I was excited that I had enough time to get my workout in before my guests showed up. However, I kept nibbling on things here and there all afternoon that I stopped tracking.
