Sunday night I fell and twisted my ankle really bad. So I'm down for a couple of weeks.
Sunday I had attempted a wedding. So I was over on caleries.
So I'm taking Several pass days. Food Monday thru today is good. But just can't exercise. I've been logging.6 -

Exercise: 15 mins high intensity exercise bike and I only got a little over 5000 steps today

I was doing well during the first week of April but then went off track. My problem is chocolate. I tend to eat healthy lunches and dinners, but then I’ll have some chocolate and it just snowballs from there. I have had issues with binge eating and I don’t feel I’ve got that under control yet. Another problem is that I find myself eating my toddlers leftovers which doesn’t help matters! I have set myself some “mini goals” just for tomorrow and I’ll post about how it went 😊
Mini goal #1: No chocolate (I really cannot eat once piece because it’ll lead to more, and more)
Mini goal #2: Go for a long walk after dropping my little one off at nursery (no excuses!)

@TerrieRichardson112 you and me both I can only share a photo through my iPad, used to be able to do it on my phone perhaps they should leave the format alone?
@lesdarts180 yup noticed it awhile ago now one must be cautious and make sure your food is logged I don’t know how many times I have had to re do a whole meal all over again.

I have a daily email with MFP support. Lol. I don’t think they understand the platform because every time they touch it it breaks. Just tried to prelog on my phone and it kept adding thing to breakfast vs lunch. Adding to the list
