Sunday night I fell and twisted my ankle really bad. So I'm down for a couple of weeks.
Sunday I had attempted a wedding. So I was over on caleries.
So I'm taking Several pass days. Food Monday thru today is good. But just can't exercise. I've been logging.6 -

Exercise: 15 mins high intensity exercise bike and I only got a little over 5000 steps today

I was doing well during the first week of April but then went off track. My problem is chocolate. I tend to eat healthy lunches and dinners, but then Iβll have some chocolate and it just snowballs from there. I have had issues with binge eating and I donβt feel Iβve got that under control yet. Another problem is that I find myself eating my toddlers leftovers which doesnβt help matters! I have set myself some βmini goalsβ just for tomorrow and Iβll post about how it went π
Mini goal #1: No chocolate (I really cannot eat once piece because itβll lead to more, and more)
Mini goal #2: Go for a long walk after dropping my little one off at nursery (no excuses!)

@TerrieRichardson112 you and me both I can only share a photo through my iPad, used to be able to do it on my phone perhaps they should leave the format alone?
@lesdarts180 yup noticed it awhile ago now one must be cautious and make sure your food is logged I donβt know how many times I have had to re do a whole meal all over again.

Yes x3. Attempted an indoor jog today.. lasted all of 6 minutes! But itβs a start. Someday when winter leaves for real Iβll attempt some running and walking intervals outside and see how my knees feel.5

Wednesday April 13
We were to travel up to Saskatoon this afternoon and back in the evening in order to enjoy my birthday supper with our daughter and her partner. But weather conditions caused us to decide to postpone, mostly out of concern as to how the drive back could be. We were out later this evening and so glad we made the decision to keep off the highway. Black ice, near zero visibility, wicked wind, snowfall, and drifting snow. Please go away winter. π
