    4K steps - pull or whatever it is seems to be getting better - very odd, moved to outside of same sided knee. . . But really great news re: cardiologist- so good that he even asked if I wanted another appt end of this year or not 🎉 I said yes!

    The statin & my even more improved diet has given me a cholesterol panel & blood pressure that brought exclamations of joy from him! Yay!

    I don’t even want to think what shape I might be in now if I hadn’t begun losing weight & walking Jan 2016.

    I successfully have whacked my sat fat daily average to 12.4 grams! I’m so glad I started when I did & learned how to make little changes, so I could make the sat fat changes since January.
