Every time I try to find out what it actually is using a search engine, I only get sites that want me to pay to find out and join something. Is there anywhere I can learn what it is before I try it with out a fee?

    For a quick treatment you can real through our info in the Launch Pad, our resources library. I recommend starting with, FAQ's and General LC Info. The Open Thread section is helpful to see questions and discussions others have had about low-carb specific situations
