Exercise: Yes, 67 minute hike.
Friend was talking about poutine last week, I never tried it before so we went to a place that had it after our hike. Was okay, gravy was way too salty. Friend said it average compared to others she has had. I also made salmon for the first time. I decided years ago I hated fish and needed to reassess that opinion. It wasn’t horrible, not sure if was a texture thing or just not used to it but didn’t think it was amazing either. It’s progress

Tracked: Mostly, had a few nibbles of different things to see if still good or toss
Under Calories: not quite
Exercise: No
I went through the kitchen cupboards and my pantry. I tossed things a few months past the best by day, have stuff close to their date in a handy spot to use up and then got other things rearranged. Then I got enthused to do other organizing and my plans for a walk fizzled. The goal is to go through the big freezer in the garage sometime this week now

Exercise: Yes, 2 hours of yard work. Briefly used the walking mower then dug out some grass and planted three tomato plants I got at the farmers market. The grass was well rooted, soil was packed with a lot of clay and took a lot longer than I expected. Dug deep of holes as I could then filled it with better soil so hopefully tomatoes will be happy there. Never been much of a gardener and I have doubts on their survival0 -
