Exercise: Yes, Fitbit gave me 168 activite minutes altogether. 96 was using the walking lawnmower , the rest doing other yard work. There are times I really wished I lived in an apartment complex where I wouldn’t have to do yard work. It’s really my moms house but she doesn’t have the health to do anything outside and I do live here too. Trying to just view it as exercise since I am really not a fan or yard work and have no clue what I am doing most of the time

Woke up today with a bad migraine. Think it was a combo of things, it’s getting hot here, less sleep, I’ve been walking but haven’t been doing my other exercise.
I let the new puppy side track me. Gonna ride out the rest of the week and back at it next week. I know we all need to adjust including puppy.
We are going camping this weekend so I’m going to weigh in tomorrow (fri)3 -

Got a scone when I went to the weekday farmers market yesterday which put me over. It was a nice treat and my only not so healthy treat I bought. Best healthy treat, local strawberries!
