Also made Loco Moco for the first time today. I'd been craving it for a while so decided to try making it, thinking it might be healthier than getting it at a food cart. Turned out pretty well, but will not be an everyday thing at about 620 calories a serving. For anyone unfamiliar, Loco Moco is a Hawaiian dish, you have a fried egg on a hamburger patty that's on top of a bed of rice, then brown gravy to top it all off. I made brown rice instead of white and cooked my egg a lot more. The idea is the egg should be runny and the liquid parts goes into the rice but I am not a fan of a runny egg

@gjaholy33 OH! thank you for the reminder to weigh in. I totally forgot last week and then was gone this week and will be dog-sitting 1100 miles away from my scale the next two weeks, so I will have to resign from the group this month. I'm sorry for not letting you know. It looks like June will be similar with me being gone for 2 weeks, so I will wait and join again in July. I will definitely be ready to stay home then.

Exercise: Yes, Fitbit gave me 168 activite minutes altogether. 96 was using the walking lawnmower , the rest doing other yard work. There are times I really wished I lived in an apartment complex where I wouldn’t have to do yard work. It’s really my moms house but she doesn’t have the health to do anything outside and I do live here too. Trying to just view it as exercise since I am really not a fan or yard work and have no clue what I am doing most of the time
