    Fishing all day; snacks were enjoyed and everything tracked and accounted for. Still under calories (but did use some earned exercise calories for this special day).

    Thanks for the thoughtful opener @SummerSkier I know for certain that I get sufficient water as I have an autoimmune (Sjogren’s) that causes my mouth and eyes to be extremely dry. Drinking water alone will not resolve the discomfort, but does help. I have, in the past, tracked all my fluid intake, and I am well above any possible recommended minimum intake, so I stopped tracking. I do drink a 16 ounce glass of water immediately upon rising in the morning. It helps get the system moving….

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
