Yesterday I had diced chicken breast & baby broccoli tossed in some greene chili sauce. Par cooked chicken, diced it up, blanched the broccoli, then added both back in the skillet with the sauce for a couple minutes. Depending on the chili sauce you use it's super low calorie and virtually no carbs. Just protein & veggie.1
