Proud to have finished in a decent calorie deficit today. My energy levels were in the gutter and yesterday was pretty tough too. So I opted to up my calories for today. Hopefully it will be a nice recharge for tomorrow.1 -

Energy levels were back to normal today. I'm so glad I upped the calories yesterday and went a little carb heavy today. I felt right as rain and was able to get back to my goal of about a 500 calorie deficit each day. Six days in on my plan and feeling good.0 -

Excited to see my weight loss is just about spot-on. I had a total calorie deficit of 3533 this week and I lost 1.1lbs. Pretty much exactly what the math comes out to. I had two low-energy days, but the rest of the week was good. Here's to another!1 -

Hectic day at work, but I'm happy to report I make a conscious effort to NOT eat mindlessly through it. Those days have tended to be the "ah, screw it, who cares" days for me. It just takes one to undo several days of good effort and I was determined to not allow this to be one of those days.
