Hello! I’m sorry I’ve kinda ghosted you guys, it’s be a meh couple months. I’m definitely solar powered and the grey blahs have been getting to me. I didn’t post my weigh in last week so am probably out anyway, but Gloria could you remove me from the competition? I have been horrible about posting my weigh in reliably and right now don’t see that improving.
Am still trying to get back on track, My weight is still slowly creeping up. Need to get back to tracking but at least I have been exercising consistently at least thanks to ring fit. I’ll be keeping at it and once I feel like I can be more consistent in posting will reach out and see about rejoins the competition. Thank you for all the encouragement I’ve gotten from you guys over the months. I really appreciate all of your hard work you’ve put into this group Gloria, even with not feeling well(an understatement).

Goals/Comments:
As you may have notice this week has been exhausting 😴 been extremely tired due to faulty Bipap machine and it's kicking my butt but I continually keep pressing on. My exercise regimen is really limited as I need to stop when my heart rates exceeds 130 so hopefully next week will be better. I am proud I made it outside for the second time since April despite my dizzy spells. #onestepatatime #byhisgracealone
This is how my progress is going but I'm not stressing just staying positive and DETERMINE NOT TO GIVE UP 🙏🏾🙏🏾
