Steps 2,723 (twisted my knee trying to walk outside by myself as I had 4 bags of garbage since my PT was on vacation this past week (the small things we take for granted)

I’m up 3.1 pounds and I’m not sure why except that I quit logging my food and probably went off the deep end a couple of days. It’s really frustrating to see the same numbers month after month but I know what to do. I feel like I’m not only letting myself down, but the team as well. Pity party over…on to logging every bite, every day, and working out consistently, not just whenever I succumb to the occasional whim🙄
