Got my booty back to Jazzercise this week, which I think really helped push the scale down. This is a pic of my Madison: 15 yo Bischon/Poodle mix, totally deaf at this point, slightly blind, and has a touch of dementia, but with a heart of gold. Happy Holidays to all!

Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone- feeling very blessed and thankful my husband is in remission and we can celebrate together without the heaviness of his diagnosis like last year - pic from last Christmas when we were all together with my 2 sons my oldest with his wife and my youngest with his fiancee

I had to have my oven fixed again !! Thankfully it could be repaired before Christmas.My younger son is helping me to cook dinner again.We made a good team last year.My sister & her boyfriend are coming for dinner.
@PatriceFitnessPal you must make time to dance this Christmas.I think my regular Dance Fit classes helped my loss today.I am sure it will be back on tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to the best team on F2F!!
Missing my Mom and many of my family that has already gone to heaven. Thinking through the good memories and holding back tears...holidays are hard. Will likely call and talk to my Brother later today and wish him a merry Christmas. I will be working on indoor walking today and hitting my step count. I am also thinking ahead to goals for the new year and my intentional walking goal for January...might try for 40 miles. Don't want to put too much pressure on my knees, so we'll see.
Hope all of you are spending time with family and friends today. If you have any family/friends who are having a tough time this year, give them a call...just encourage them to talk a bit...if there's sadness there, it will come out...you'll brighten their day.

Sorry everyone. With mom in the hospital everything else has been put on hold. I think I'm going to bow out the rest of December, if that's okay. I really do love being a part of this team but my focus is on getting mom well and comforting my 95 year old dad.
I love hopping on when I can and reading all of your inspirational stories and hearing about what's going on in your life but, if it is okay, I'm going to take a break and pick things up again with January group.4 -

Yesterday, ate something a little higher in fat content and of course my tummy said "excuse me, what?!" so I spent the afternoon feeling irritable and yucky...because of that I started my 16 hr fast early and that, along with the tummy ache, around 10:30 I was starving...got up and made a sandwich, breaking my fast...not the best day. Feel much better today...time to get to work OBVIOUSLY!

So sorry to be late checking in. Have been enjoying celebrating Christmas this past week. Was able to fit in a minimum amount of exercise the past couple days, but ate way too much. I'm looking forward to building back some healthier ways and getting back on track in time for the new year!3 -
