Oh wow I feel so much better! I cleaned the whole first floor on Saturday. Wiped everything down with Lysol wipes and opened the windows to get fresh air. I was kind of tired afterwards so I took a nap.
Sunday I tried two short walks. Was a little exhausted after the first walk, so I rested and did another in the evening. I’m so happy I feel better! 🎉2 -
