    I've been strength training and this muscle is weighing more than the fat I think! Short term weight gain but hopefully a long-term loss!

    @miroller it's most likely water weight. When you first start weight training your muscles retain water to aid in repair, it's temporary. But it's also why the guys like to pump iron before a hot date, makes their muscles look bigger. :D

    I am just thankful for a smll gain.. 32+ hrs ot in 2 wks, no real exercise or even many steps, dinners at 9pm, dr pepper for keeping me awake (can't stomach coffee), little sleep and legs heavier than bricks and no sign of changes. My motto right now.. it is what it is. Thats as much as I can do
