I didn't get back last night, but here we go! I added 8 miles on the stationary bike last night as well. Hopefully another workout tonight after visiting FIL in the hospital today. He's having some complications from his lung surgery 2 weeks ago and shouldn't be alone. I don't think there's any grave danger, but he is in a fair amount of pain and isn't getting much sleep. So my wife are going to go keep him company for a while today. She was already there about 12 hours yesterday. I offered to go by myself to give her a break, but she's not having it. Understandable.

Also tried an Abs/Arms class with cardio at my Subdivision's other clubhouse. I get to use the main one and the one for my section of the subdivision. I hadn't been in there in about three years, nice to see they separated weights from cardio into a different room. You could barely walk around the way it used to be. I've decided when this gym job is over, I'm not going to resume my membership (free while I work) and that there's enough between both places for me to keep busy.
I do expect to be very sore in the morning.
