Short weeks are always the longest. I got some stuff done and met a lot of next year's crew.
I can't quite shake this sore throat. If it isn't gone by the weekend, I will go to the grocery store clinic. Sorry the traffic was bad, @Meghan509. Halfway through the week. We got this! 0 -

Commute was back to normal and typical today. Thanks @KateNkognito! Hope your sore throat gets better ASAP! Drink that water and tea with honey. Yummy!
Not too much happening here. Two weeks from now I'll be down in FL with my family. Can't wait!

Today was a pretty good day. I lost my voice about halfway through, but one of my students at the end of the day was my "loud speaker". He actually paid attention and did his work. May have to lose my voice again tomorrow.
Going to put my feet up and maybe read a book or something. Enjoy Friday tomorrow!0 -

I have to give my job a big thank you here as they have been extremely nice and thoughtful with what my family is dealing with.
Little bit of winterish stuff happening over the next few days here! Little bit of snow on the grass type of thing tomorrow and on Monday in to Tuesday we are expected to get three inches of snow! I want to stay home an extra day if possible - not going to lie. LOL
No big plans here this weekend. Just relaxing and maybe a trip or two for a little shopping. That's it.

Made it to the weekend! By the tip of my broken pinky, but I made it. Sleeping is all that is on my list for the next few days. I have some grading to do, but otherwise, unconsciousness. Have a good one!1

Hope you had a nice weekend @KateNkognito! Mine was relaxing but good. 35 degrees F and sunny here. The calm before the storm!
We have a SNOW DAY coming tonight in to tomorrow night! Will be working remotely tomorrow due to 4 to 7 inches that are expected.
I don't mind snow at all, especially if I am home and not stuck dealing with pain in the butt drivers. LOL
Hope you have a good day and a nice week ahead. One more full day of February tomorrow and then we are on to March! Flying by.

Today was a pretty good day! I feel so much better today than I have for the last couple of weeks. I also am basically caught up on my grades. Weather is supposed to be good until the end of the week. And there are only 8 more alarms until spring break.

Yep, we got snow last night. I would say around six inches or so. Home today working.
Glad you are feeling better, @KateNkognito I know a lot of viruses and stuff are going around this area. Had a friend off last week for February break, who is also teacher. She has three kids and on the last day of her break she said they got taken out by the stomach bug! UGH.
I had heard more snow is coming here end of week for us. I took a look at the weather and it looks like it won't amount to anything. Just rain on Thursday and some flurries on Friday. Fingers crossed that no bad weather comes and wrecks havoc on my trip to Florida!
