Weigh In Wednesday

Hello all! How did you all do?
I am encouraging you all!!! I saw LeeAnn had lost some weight last week!!! Kudos!!!
I have been on vacation eating all this Israeli food! Hummus almost every meal.. which the hummus itself is a great plant based protein alternative but the pita bread... well those extra carbs may not have been my best choice.
Good news is there is no snacking here and most everything a fresh! No GMO's so hopefully that is on my side but I won't know till I get home.
