I have not been good with my eating habits. Although I am starting to exercise more consistently. So even though I’m not losing weight my mental health is definitely improving. I’m going down to FL in 3 weeks and was hoping to see some weight loss but I guess progress isn’t always about the numbers on the scale.4 -

I have not been good with my eating habits. Although I am starting to exercise more consistently. So even though I’m not losing weight my mental health is definitely improving. I’m going down to FL in 3 weeks and was hoping to see some weight loss but I guess progress isn’t always about the numbers on the scale.
Progress really does move from the top down. The mental health component is the most critical, I’m glad your making strides in that area, the rest will soon follow suit.

I am very surprised
One thing that occurs to me is that maybe you have gained some muscle from your workouts? MIRROR workouts are strength training, right? That could cause the scale to go up.
I know I have seen multiple benefits from the moderate cardio exercise I've been doing. My weight loss has slowed down significantly, but the exercise is still improving my mood, my energy, and my sleep. Next month I have a check up with the doctor and I'll see if it's improved my cholesterol and blood sugar. I also fit into a pair of shorts this week that I couldn't wear last summer.
Enjoy your trip to Florida. I live in Kansas, and it's still too cold here for my liking. I'll be envious of your travels in the sun .
